Butchery Services
We offer a personalised cutting service for lamb, pork, goat and venison. If you rear your own animals but struggle to find a butcher to cut it up then we can help.
There is nothing better than filling your freezer with your own home grown meat for all your family to share.
If there are cuts you like or dislike we can personalise it to suit your requirements. For example if you don't want the shoulders for roasting we can make sausages or burgers out of them instead, perfect for the BBQ.
If you'd prefer mince, or diced for stews, large boneless roasting joints for a family sunday lunch or smaller joints we can cater for everyone.
Pricing for Lamb, Pork, Goat and Venison-
1- Legs and shoulders cut in half or left whole and bone in, all chops and mince- Packed simply -£35 per whole animal -£55 for pigs
2- Legs cut in half or left whole, all chops packed and use the shoulders to make burgers and sausages. Simply Packed - £45 per whole animal -£65 for pigs
3- All the above can be vacuum packed and Sausages and burgers can be packed in trays for an extra £5 per whole animal
4- Legs and shoulders can be boned and rolled for an extra £5 per half animal.
